    Hi from Mayotte (indian ocean)

    Hi everybody!
Another newbee, and french speaking on top !
    Equipment:
    Kress 1050 motor, Proxon KT150 & BFB2000, Techlf CNC4BU, tinyCNC usb

I have not done the KT150 CNC conversion yet.
Should I buy one kit or try and build mine on my own ? I will try to build...
Software used ? none yet (I plan to stay with my ubuntu hardy heron linux, so it will not be easy to use my USB controller board... maybe...)

I plan to start and build my conversion next week.

    See you soon !

Project with my BFB 2000 + KT150 proxxon

I will try and work on a 2 and a half axis mill to engrave electronic circuit boards, aluminium front panels and two layers hard plastic labels.

To learn CNC, GCode, and electronics...

For the fun of DIY :-)

    News soon.
I have just assembled my machine today. I now need to strip it apart (again) to see how I can attach the stepper motors to it.
