    Leaking coolant reservoir

Has anyone had any leakage issues with the coolant reservoir that Tormach supply to suit the deluxe stand.
I have just installed mine and find that it is leaking around the mounting point of the pump on the top plate, and also between the top plate and the main reservoir body. The reservoir is no more than half full.
I noticed when assembling the unit that the reservoir is asymmetric with a baffle arrangement in the middle. Is there a correct way round that the lid should be fitted ?

Put more coolant in. It tends to splash at lower fill levels.

FWIW, I usually run mine with the coolant level at an inch of the top or less with no problems.

That's THE big problem with this system. If the tank coolant level is too low, the pump splash the coolant and it leak from the cover. You can put a seal on the cover to help and install a level gage to always have the correct level of coolant in the tank.
