Does anyone have a fix for the Y axis kicking off on the Acroloc M12 machines? It seems to be a common problem. We had to keep turning down the feed rates to keep it running but it finally quit completely. As soon as we try to move the Y axis it turns off. Cleaning the tach brushes used to fix it but it doesn't now. Yaskawa supposedly rebuilt the motor and checked the servo pack but no joy.

What alarm codes are shown on the controller?
Also, what RED LEDs light up on the Y axis servo pack?

We have it fixed now. It was a bad winding on the tachometer.
