Hello,

I am having a problem with my C11g (cnc4pc.com) breakout board.

after powering up the PC from the powered off (no power to computer or breakout board), Once the breakout board receives power it sends all pins hi. which in turn sends coolant flowing and the spindle spinning(nuts). This is obviously unacceptable. only until mach is booted up, do the pins return to the correct state.

Prior to mach boot, all of the output pins are on. including the output enabled light. What I don't understand, is i have the SCHP (charge pump) active. What i don't understand, is how the heck it is sending all of the outputs high.

currently i have the enable pin on the board jumper'd straight to the 5v, I only did this because i thought the charge pump would not let things go haywire while winslow is booting.

I have no inputs connected (part of the trouble shooting)
I get the same results with the parallel cord disconnected during power up.
5v power supply is via the same PC ATX power supply. (trying to round up another power supply to rule this out)
3 gecko vampires hooked to the outputs, 1 coolant pump via on board relay, and 1 spindle vfd hooked up via on board relay.

Any suggestions? am i missing something?
