Setting tool data for using EIA/ISO program

I'm starting to use CAD CAM on a M2 control. Does anyone know what one should input on the tool data page if the CAM has already generated tool paths for the size of the cutter? On other controls it would be zero as I'm sure you know, but the M2 won't accept zero for the nominal diameter...

You could set the tool diameter to zero in your Cad/Cam system and use the Mazatrol Tool Data to control size. (0.0 or negative diameters are not possible in Mazatrol tool data) Set parameter OP2 Bit 3 to 0 and use G41/42 with no D offset or use EIA offset data for size control OP2 Bit 3 to 1.

    Hope that helps.

Hello Mr Mazak Iam running a mazak mt200 with live tooling and y axis. I have only ran haas lathes with live tooling but no y axis, before this so Iam new to this Mazak World .The deal is the battery went out and the machine lost all the info so the factory came out and fixed the parameters and the other info but the tool data and the tool offsets were lost so this machine runs only one part and the guy that ran the machine quit and he did not tell anyone how to do this and he was the only one that ran it so I got stuck with this , so any thing would be helpful I have a program and all the tools are in the machine all I need is to set the tool data and set the offsets and the work offset is this right and can you give me step by step on how to set the tool data and set the tool offsets
