Shopbot Buddy PowerStick for my CNC router?

I know that you can buy PowerStick sliding table for Shopbot Buddy CNC routers. Is it possible to add a sliding table to my Solsylva 17X20 Overhead Leadscrew CNC router?

I cant see why not, you can probably just use a power feed with a stepper motor and 4 axis controller. that's all the power stick looks to me. Graham

    DIY Powerstick

I like the idea of the Powerstick. Has anyone done any work on a modified DIY version?

I am interested in making a simple prototype for indexing full 4x8 sheets. So I can cut one 4x4 and then move the table/surface and cut the other half of the 4x8 sheet.
