    mazak MTV55/Mazatrol Dead..Need CPU?

    Hi to all forum members..
    :drowning: :drowning:
We have one Mazak MTV55 CNC machining center with Mazatrol 32
    control.
WE want to buy / Get repaired the CPU card: MC 161-1, and MC126
    Also we need - 1. MC446-1 memory B card,
    2. and DIO A card- MC301
    3. Dio D card MC323.
    4. CRT C card : MC 724-1

Please advice if you can help here. If yes please quote me the availability and price of cards available with you , on top priority please.

    Additional INFO:

The NC unit is : Mitisubishi Control System, Type FCA 335
    MY-V, Serial 3VZPV25052Z DATE 2Z.

    Axis drives(MR-S11-200-E01 Mitsubishi
electric corp) and Spindle Drive (MR - S12-80A-E01).

The "Power supply section(AVR PD21)" of the NC has the Green Healthy
    light lit.
We checked the power supplies for 5v, 24v, 110v everything perfect. a
lot of Red LEDs come "on" cpu's and IQP(MC712 Green led
flashes)so I feel from the power supply side we are okay. The crt
comes on and it has horizontal white lines running across it. Do you
still think we must check the Power supply.

    LEDs on CPU:
WE have carried out the Initialisation of the CNC using standard Mitsubishi Initialsation procedure provided by our Good friend David/ Tony...no success. The red led refuse to go....THE REd LEDS are lit on the Cpu boards, There are two CPU boards:
    MC111(CPU-A) and MC121 (CPU-B)

    I/ O cards:
There are two IO CARDS- MC301 AND MC323. The Green LED on the DIO-A
CARD (MC301) is not lit. Also none of the LEDs on key board comes on
    also no output is on.

DISPLAY CARD & CRT: NO DISPLAY ON THE CRT. crt POWER IS ON. pOWER to
all the CRT circuit is okay.

Try an electronics repair work shop if they can check the hardware, or if you can find any Mitsubishi specific repair center. I made a search at eBay after "mazak" and found a lot of cards, you could try both www.ebay.com and www.ebay.de for searching.

    Good luck!

It sounds like you may have a lot more than one problem, and in light of your location it may be a problem getting local support, I will email you the email address of a Mitsubishi engineer that may be able to suggest the best course of action for you.
