Started working on the Mighty Hurco today and ran into a few problems.
KMB-1 will not stay powered up?
When you push the power switch on it will only remain on as long as you hold the switch.
As long as the switch is held in the on position the machine will zero and all axis function correctly.
After a period of time the relay contactor in the upper left hand corner of the main disconnect cabinet starts to smoke, it is a bakelite burning smell.
We have air connected to the machine however don't know if the pressure is adjusted properly.
There is 24 volts on the input of the power switch and as long as its held in 24 volts is applied to the other control switches.
Is there a Hurco control expert in the house?
