    OKUMA ALARM

    NEED HELP !
    My OKUMA mill running system : OSP5000, alarm display : 054 "P"
    in CPU panel : LOOP ERR
    Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi,
    I have the same problem.
    Okuma MC 50H with OSP 5000M cnc system.

    I have 054 alarm P
    Axis processor start
    100001F

    In attachment I send a description from the documentation.

    Could somebody help me?

    Based on your information, your X axis drive is not powering up correctly possibly due to an encoder issue. Check your drive unit for additional error codes. Sometimes the encoder goes bad, sometimes loose connector, or wiring issue. Sometimes it's the drive unit.

    You may be able to switch drive units to see if the error follows the drive unit when switched.
