Can the max spindle rpm of an LB-15 w/ OSP5000L be adjusted by changing a parameter or is it more involved? My machine maxes out at 2500rpm yet the meter shows max at 3800. There is a data plate on the side of the machine listing different models and sizes of chucks, according to this, 3800 rpm should be within the working limits of my chuck. I know that there are other factors to consider here (spindle bearings, pulley sizes etc). I was just hoping to squeeze another 500rpm or so if possible. Currently it uses a Fanuc AC spindle drive. Not sure if the spindle motor is Fanuc or not. Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
