    Thumbs up M-code programming on Fagor CNC

    Hi, I am using a Fagor 8055 CNC on a laser cutter. I am actually working on porting to the Fagor control to an OEM CNC. I am trying to understand how the Fagor control oem m-codes are written. For example, an M14 means that I have selected Oxygen as the cutting gas. What I want to know is where under the file system is the M14 programmed to select the correct solenoid to allow oxygen to be supplied to the cutting head.

    I need to know that type of operation since the oxygen selection is a simple application/example of what I need to achieve. There are other more complex operations that I need to understand later down the track and implement under my OEM control.

    I would study the PLC program written by the laser cutter manufacturer.
