    VERSION 22: 3d Toolpath problem

When we generate the toolpath for a 3d shape e.g A 3d circular pocket with a radius in base, it is putting the code out in small line movements instead of using radius movements which is making the program way to long. is there a way of sorting this, thanks in advance.

No, this program breaks the circular segments down into lines, like most.

Onecnc XR3 will generate G02 and G03 in 3d tool paths as well as for the HS pocketing it will cut code size by 60 percent or more.

BobCAD V22 only uses line segments not arcs. It makes programs extremely long depending on how tight you make your tolerance settings.

Mastercam, Surfcam, Pro/E, Visual Mill, and a few others actually create Arc Movements to reduce program size and increase accuracy.

Here you go... The issue was verify not working. But this is what you have to do on 64bit as well.
