Help me wake up my operators

I want to have my yellow end of cycle light that flashes at M30 also to flash at M00. I am running a long cycled four step program and need my operator to know when it stops at each demand stop(M00). I am Running a Matsuura RA3 F with I80 contoller.

    Thanks

I don't know anything about your control, but my machine has spare outputs (ie M63).
I could theoretically output a signal to switch a relay to run an auxiliary signal light.
I would then code an M63 with every M00 to turn the light on.
    Just a thought.

Another method is to use a CdS photocell to detect the light from the control's "in cycle" LED. A simple circuit would trigger a buzzer or flashing light when the LED is off (the machine is in cycle stop mode).

This would not require any changes to your existing programs.

I guess that telling the people to do the job you pay them well for is not an option.

I have a saying at work.
