    Experiencing 1570 alarm

Back in July we got a 1570 alarm. So we loaded the executive tapes. Then in September we had to do it again. And now again. It seems a board is going bad. It is a LC-30 with a OSP 3000 w/ screen. Could it be the IF 5 board? We have spares and other Okumas. It's sort of a pain putting all the data back in, but we're getting pretty good at it too! LOL

Problem probably lies in the Memory PCB. Especially if it is a Core Memory PCB ( M32k etc ). You will probably need to change this to a CMOS 64K( switchable to your Memory size ) if it gets to frustrating.
