The detailed drawing you need is right there in the pdf.

That's a simple item to draw, and they give you the most important DIMS right there in the title, "300mm x 700mm".

Just scan it and import it into your CAD program, scale it to be exactly 300mm x 700mm, and then trace your own drawing on top of it in a different layer.

Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes or so to draw the whole thing once you have it imported and scaled.

Has anyone found a dxf file yet for the jig? The answer below does not work as the 300x700 refers to the worktop size not the jig.

    Hello Zasto,
Apologies if I have done something wrong, never used forums before and not sure what to do !
Advise would be appreciated, trying to retrain on a cnc after a life changing accident whilst working as a tree surgeon so even getting my head round using a computer has proved challenging.
Hope you understand my predicament and are still prepared to help.
    Regards

    Hi Zasto
This is great! Thanks a lot for your file - I will find a CNC dude to cut it so I can get started on kitchen worktops...
Just a quick question - trying to find out which size to use for the router...
I´m danish so sometimes I get lost in translation, sorry
Is it correct that I have to use a 35mm routerbit and 3/4 router guide bush?

    Best regards,
    Kenneth - Copenhagen

    Re: Kitchen Worktop Jig

Router bit used is 12mm. For guide bushing I can't remember, it was long time ago that I made this jig to finish my kitchen worktop.
