Tacho loss?
Tacho loss?
How does one check the tach?
Anyone interested in a new condition machine( I do mean like new) very reasonable, everything appears to work except the spindle drive, I am giving up, I know when I am licked, I don't have the time, knowledge or money to invest in it.
Hi Brian, I am interested in the drilling machine do you still have it?
Regards.
Julian Macias.
Does anyone out there have a circuit diagram for the KTK MT1 -1 Field controller board, (1551469) to help with fault finding, please?
Jane
Spindle drive on Bridgeport Interact 1 MK2 just not getting required RPM always. It takes more than one hour 2 have required RPM.
On measuring Field voltage, it is 170V DC.
Spindle drive is KTK. Any idea how to tune it or troubleshooting guide.
Thanks
can you send info on KTK drives for Bridgeport with references to MT1-1 board to [email protected]. I can't get my spindle to turn on anymore. My tech had to replace part on the MT1 board after they burned up.
Thanks,
Brandon G.
Hi Everyone , Just a quicken , Im working on bringing back my Interact 1 Mk 2 to life , now as many of you know finding the right manuals is difficult and often you end up having to pay for them Now ive been lucky enough that one of the forum members kindly sent me the docs for the ktk drive ( thank you mr Gamble) but i wish it had been easier This is a link to the KTK docs that i now have as well as my manual Happy fixing

Thanks Thorja! I'm in the middle of debugging my spindle and these are going to be helpful. Keep me in the loop if you find anything on your end. I'll update my progress as I make it.
Currently everything looks good except my MT1-1 LED1 does not turn on. I'll probe through this schematic and see if I get anywhere.
Just wanted to post my solution for anyone else who has this issue. My spindle control ended up having a bad zener diodes on the +-12V rails. Replaced with an equivalent and everything works great. Good luck.
