Did you buy these machines out of California?? When you get time send me the for real alarm and I will try and help you. If it's the machine I am thinking of it's probably the parameters.

Really the best thing you can do is get an experienced operator to guide you through everything. Put out a craigslist ad! We did this on a t32 control and it would have taken us years to figure out what he taught us in 3 days. Mazak school is also available in Ohio for $500 a class
We have had good luck with our Fadals milling mostly soft steel and aluminum up to 5 axis. We are always looking for spare parts If you have a broken down Fadal give a shout.

On the older machines, usually the parameters are located in a small clear folder with blue back in the electrical cabinet. There should be a small packet on the door that hopefully someone has not removed.

No kind of paper work with either machine, if I had that kind of luck I'd have a whole bunch of extra time on my hands.
