Good books on cnc and laths ? and any has experience with cheap chinese spindles?

for books i found theses 2 that look good,

    - [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Programming-Handbook-Third-Peter-Smid/dp/0831133473/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1227314019&sr=1-5 "]Amazon.com: CNC Programming Handbook, Third Edition: Peter Smid: Books[/ame].

    - and this is the second one http://www.amazon.com/Machinerys-Han...196858-8768901.

Was wondering if any one had any suggestion on other good books to use cnc mills and cnc lathes for some one who has 0 experience. So i can kick start using them and understand what each type of tool is for and what kind of result i can expect out of them...

For the spindle i was wondering if any one had experience with this type of spindle http://cgi.ebay.com/a-water-cooled-s...742.m153.l1262 ? i dont need some thing as powerfull, a 1k should be enough. But what can i expect out of it in terms performance, noise and tollerance for precision.

    Red face

seems that way....Ive bought many things in directly from china and its all been good. Not top quality it has to be said but usually does the job you ask it to do.

wished i had some feedback on some one who used one. The type of stuff im asking it to do is precision cnc and not some thing that gonna fail out of the blue.
