I'm strugling with a Tsugami chucker with a 3T it is a gang slide type machine
my hang up is tool offset's I'v been expermiting with it in my spair time and have found what I think is the procedure , after touch off and measure with a given tool assine tool # and offset T0101 for tool 1 offset 1 then G50 XY to the existing value and as long as the program calls the tool and offset # it should repeat I'm having a hard time with the fanuc manual's and what makes it worse I'm use to a manual lathe and all of the examples are for a turit with the tool's on the back of the Z It also preform's G2 And G3 in opposit rotation If any one has a sugestion for a text book with beter programing examples than the factory one I'm All ear's I could also use some info on spindle disasembly I'm going to need to quiet up the bearing's in it and the local dealer diden't seem to be much help Thank's in advance Kevin
