How can I take backup of Fanuc OT-c Ladder? did Fanuc Ldder III work with OT-C.

You can use any commercial EEPROM programmer / reader and back the ladder up as HEX or BIN file. Not possible to view or edit the LADDER.

If you want to see/edit the ladder you need a DOS or WIN98 PC with the original FLADDER software as well as a FANUC PC PROGRAMMER unit.

With FS-0TC you can also try FLADDER but you need to plug in the FANUC LADDER EDITING card on the master PCB and then download through the RS-232 port.

Don't even ask to view / edit FS-3, FS-5, FS-6, FS-10/11/12 on PC. Exclusive use of FANUC P-G or older dedicated equipment and the appropriate software and programming hardware.

Red is mine comment. For FS-0 model A..D DOS Fladder is necessary. Bin/hex can be converted to Fanuc format
FS3, 6 - possible to edit on PC with appropriate software
FS5 also, but big pain, there are usually big parts in 6800 assembly.

Where can I get software to convert hex/bin files to FLADDER format?

I am really interested to know which software is used for FS-3, 6 and the cost.

i wrote two software for fapt ladder compile and discompile
1.#ex--->oe1,oe2 for write eprom (two chips eprom)
2.oe1,oe2---->#ex for discompile .it can display eprom ladder on pc
i only used this version for fanuc 0L/OM/0P/0TC

pmc-l is for 0tc, and you need a eprom writer or pgmate, to make ladder, only whit fapt ladder 1, if you dont have a eprom writer, i can make a #ex whit oe1 and oe2 obj files.
