    Unhappy Dolphin partmaster mach 3 post processor

    Hi am about at my wits end with dolphin and mach 3. every time i load a gcode in mach i get a zero radius arcline error. i was wondering if any one may have a post the will fix this problem. This is the simple code i have been trying to run i get the error for line 13. Thanks for any help.

    Hi Guys,

    I had exactly the same problem which affected circles over a certain size. In part it is due to floating point errors in the maths processor.


    The solution is to modify the post so it interprets the arcs differently. I must admit to not doing this myself but those good folks at Dolphin modified the post for me, in a matter of minutes.
