To whom it may concern,i am a current MX5 Microscribe owner of less than 1 year,i just was recently made aware Immersion is discontinuing there line of the Microscribe product line.

Although i have been happy with the product(amidst unavailble resources such as training or product use,support etc.) if i had known that the company would discontinue there product line would have certainly swayed my decision to purchase.

question- do you think there are grounds for a civil suit to obtain a refund for our purchase and if we are stuck with the unit what can one expect for support,maintenance and issues in the future?

ps for what its worth we have never been able to get any support or info since we have had this unit anyway.
