Hi, I am on the way to rebuilding my wood CNC router. Of course it needs to be done perfectly the second time, so I have noticed the first time that crap got caught on the ACME threads (stepper driven 5 start 10tpi) easily causes it to lose steps. My machine has a 6 foot length and a x axis 3.5 feet wide.

Could someone be kind enough to point out a solution to protecting the threads from debris? I checked some sites out but their product line up seemed inconclusive, and figured it'd be worth a check to see what the hobbyists have come up with to combat the price issue. Thanks.
