    I have ultimax 3 v1.22. I first contacted to German support and they redirected me to UK and then to US. Due to my machine is too old they said they don't have any support... Finally they said there is a distributor in Turkey (Tezmaksan) which have no idea how to solve this problem and tried to sell me a new machine or controlling unit which is quite expensive.
