I have a hitachi machine and facing following problem ,can any one help me to get a soft copy of pc ladle. following are the details.

Problem -- PLC DATA LOST ON HITACHI SEIKI HG500

Service Required -- A Soft Copy of PC LADLE.( We have a
communication software and cable for
uploading

Machine Details

Model--- HG500

CNC ---FANUC 15 MA

SR No --HG50229

PLC --- Hitachi Seiki make MICON 16 II

Specifications--- Normal

Ladle Program No---2741-A02T(Mentioned in the electrical diagram
book)

i have a hitachi seiki lathe from '99. I want override the door settings so i can machine with the door open. Is there any way to do this?

Also, I have a bar puller and I want to be able to open the chuck, pull the bar out, and close the chuck while a program is running. Do I have to make any changes to the settings?

Unfortunately i am located in Poland, Europe and can't ask you to come over, so perhaps you can help me via e-mail.
We have Hitachi-Seiki HT-15 with Seicos M II control
The battery has been changed
Currently we have :
-battery alarm
-5022,5031,5033 alarms
-slbus table error

No manuals of any kind available

Any idea how to get rid of them??

hi,

i have a hitachi seiki ht40g with a seicos A10L. I bought it in 1999. I hit feed hold during a tool change. It gave me an alarm, and I couldn't reset it, so I powered off the machine. When I powered back on, the alarm is still there. I'm getting a turret index power off (2252) alarm. Any way I can reset the turret?

ok so i got the alarm to go away but now the tool numbers are off... if i call up tool 5, it gives me tool 8... how do i fix that?

Hi,

When starting spindle by MDI at speed 500 rpm for boring soft jaws. Alarm No 520 appears saying "Spindle start impossible, Check door close, chuck close and center position".

Door close LED is ON, both the chuck proximity switch also ON (LED ON) i cannot find location of center position LED or proximity switch.

How to confirm about center position . Machine is Hitachi Seiki HT20SII .

I have its programming manuals but no operation manual. An help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I got a problem with a Hitachi VA-40 the Spindle drive and motor were checked by OESS and both of them checked good but every time try to stop the spindle with M05 it gives me an OCL LED alarm on the spindle drive....Any idea what this problem might be? please email me at [email protected]
