We have a Hitachi Seiki HT 20 RIII ser# NR30230 with a TR-10 gantry loader. The machine is stopping in one of the macro programs that passes variable data between the machine control and the gantry control. It just stops and does not generate any error codes. Is this something you could help us with? Would you be willing to travel to Indiana to trouble shoot the problem?

I am working on re-setting up the door interlocks on an HT50G. Someone did a hack job disabling them but the electrical manual only goes as far as showing input signals into the panel slave......

Where can I find a good schematic of the entire interlock system?

I have a hitachi seiki 203r wire edm that has a servo driver noy ready error. The machine has a Mark 10W X 2 control all the leds on all of the boards indicate the system is operating normally, but I am getting a servo driver not ready alarm. I have reset the absolute encoders and checked three of the Yaskawa servo drives with the Yaskawa motion software. There are three SDGA servo drive and two SDG servo packs, it seems that Yaskawa does not support SDG sevo packs in their software, Yaskawa says they are working on a solution for me. Has anybody run into this alarm before.

I had hitachi seiki 4NE-2. my machine had a problem with spindle its rpm is too low i gave him a command to run 3000 rpms but its runs only 300 rpm.
How can i solved this problem? plzzzzzzzzzz help me
