Thanks Guys, and yeah sure you can come and see it run, you'd be advised to wear some safety clothing just in case something goes wrong.

Looks very pro compared to other backyard furnaces ive seen around the web! I especially like your A-frame pouring device. Also nice video showing the process from start to finish. Remember to take some pics of whatever you plan to mould
Great video and a very nice build
I wouldnt want to stand around you when you're breaking those aluminum intake manifolds !
EXTREMELY well done ! Very well engineered too, I'm impressed.
I'm in the process of building a resistance furnace to use for zinc and have enjoyed reading your build log and you've done a nice job with the pictures too. Mine will of course not be of the caliber of yours though as I only need it for the zinc and will use a ladle but have learned a few things from your work, thanks.
Look forward to see what you cast too.

I know the last post for this was almost a year ago but.....
The link for the burner design no longer works. Do you have another link or possibly the location of the original design?
These are the drawings by Cameron, there is the burner and also a drawing of a sand muller.

Thank you for your post. I'm just trying something similar.
Do you have any videos of your furnace in action?
