    Power supply for my stepper motors

    Hi there, before posting my questions, i want to thank for the great comunity that you have here. It help me alot in some of my doubts.

    So here it go: I need an power supply with 12v@4A but I only have a power supply with 12v@18A for my stepper motors. What should I modify to get the power supply disired? (i thinked in a current divider!)

    the current is fine , you can run it at that with no problem , the motors will only draw the current they need
