    Makino A66

    Whuttup CNCzone homies ?

    Does anyone know how to disable the "auto-coupler" (hydraulic fixture clamping device for pallet-mounted fixturing) via PC-parameter on a Makino A66 horizontal machining center with Fanuc 16 controller? (Like you'd enable or disable any add-on device)

    Makino does not provide a dynamic ladder display so I can't backtrack thru it and find the setting.

    Please advise.

    Are you referring to unlock- and lock the pallet?
    If so you need to go to the Customs page and hit maintenance, put it in maintenance mode and that will allow you to clamp and unclamp the pallet and etc
