Angry Needed: Amada Alarm Code definitions!

One of my other plants just got an Amada CNC Punch machine and they are having a little trouble using it. They have a program that gives them an alarm code "Pitch 147". I cannot figure out what that is. And they are on the other side of the country. So I am looking for a list of the alarm codes for the Amada machine. Its not in the manual. I cant find it online. Im stuck with them until I can figure out what that alarm code means. Please help! Thanks!

I don't know anything about punch presses but I did Google "pitch 147 amada"
and came up with this. Look at page 2.

    Hello Kevin,
I don't know what model Amada turret punch they are using, but my Vipros alarm list has alarm 147 listed as below:

Oops, I didn't see this was an old post until after replying. No big deal.

147 An excessive pitch is instructed for nibbling.

I imagine the program is trying to use an excessive pitch for the tool that is nibbling a profile etc. , so try reducing the pitch for that tool to a percentage of the tool length(say 75% etc. as I forget the actual recommended %) or smaller if that does not work.
I hope this helps, but seeing the actual g-code might help.
    Regards,
    Wes

Anyone Alarm 2255 on a Amada 2510V Apelio III, this alarm appears every time it punches, even in MDI mode. It is a PHNC alarm 17: that it says B.D.C error, Details: Servo tolerance is over the limit while hitting the B.D.C.....
    Any ideas

It is a Apelio III laser punch combo, the controller is a Fanuc Series 160i Leatherman.
Still getting the alarms in the PHNC; alarms 10 and 17

The main alarm in the Fanuc control is 2255.

Tengo una punzonadora amada con el error index no preparado (interlock), el error lo da casi siempre a la misma hora y aunque apague la maquina 4 hora y la prenda no funciona hay que dejarla al dia siguente para que pueda funcionar
