    Dyna Mechtronics 3000H

I have finally got my dyna mechtronic 3000H lathe running, however I am having 1 last problem. The program I wrote has 2 different spindle speeds and 6 tool changes there is no problem the spindle holds a constant speed. When the turret changes to the last tool the cutoff and positions itself on the Z still no problem then on the X command the spindle takes off increasing in speed adjusting the speed overide brings it down but it still increases in speed.
I have called Dyna Mechtronic and the service tech has been trying to help me I checked the encoder signals and replaced the IC chip for the encoder. It just can't be the encoder or it would take off all the time.
If anyone has seen this or has an idea it would be greatly appreciated. I am also going to post this @ the YAHOO site.

Do you have a pic of your machine? Does the enclosure exist on both sides of the door? My 3000 has no enclosure on the right side and I need to go look at it to see if someone just removed that portion. It wouldnt be needed but it would be complete.
