Bridgeport Mill conversion to CNC need help

Hi, I have been a member for awhile, but just lurked. It's time to get serious.
I have 2 Bridgeport mills. I want to convert one of them to CNC. I have servo motors, tread mill type and some other components. I would like information on motor mountings, controls and software. Thanks in advance.

For motor mounts, you either pay a fortune for one of the comercial kits, or roll your own, which is pretty easy. I'd go with probably 4:1 or so timing belt reducers, since you don't need blinding speed on a machine this size, and you have high RPM motors. Use Gecko G320s, and Mach3.

Here are a few pictures of my BP clone, I converted last fall.

    Regards,
    Ray L.
