    rebuilding my 1 year old router)

    Hello
    I`m rebuilding my 1 year old router)
    here i will post photos and results of the process)
    my old setup

    here is my new table)

    Do you think that support structure will be stiff enough? Looks like it can support the carving of large grave stones. I wish mine were like that.

    Shoot man, you'll be able to mill a head out of a block of aluminum with that thing. Nice work.

    How much does you overhead assembly weight? are the sliding rod strong enough to support it? I would of went with aluminum overhead assembly, but thats just me. What kind of motors are you using?

    i will go with nema 23 steppers 400 oz/in
    I don’t really like my round rails too( next time i`ll go with another.
    In static my rails can carry 1230N * 4 = 4920N=492kg )

    This 1050watt kress router is temporary))))))
    I will use Makita 1800 watt router as I used on previous cnc machine
