    Vacuum pumps off ebay

    Hello,

Been thinking of adding a vacuum table to attach parts to my cnc mill. I will make fixtures that fit the outline of the part, and hold it in the x/y plane, and will rely on the vacuum to hold it down.

I do small modifications to a large number of parts, so I would like to do this to cut down on the time I use to fix them to the table.

I have found some pumps on Ebay. The one I think look best at the moment is 013-2. A link to more info is here: http://www.sh-vacuum.com.tw/stokes/1.1.htm

Anyone think this is a good idea? What specs should I look for?
