Hold to hold tool holder while loosening nut

I had a collision last week that ended up tightening the nut on my ER11 tool holder to the point I can't get it off. Unfortunately everything I know about tools I learned from google and I'm wondering if there is a device that holds the taper part of a tool holder while I use the spanner on the nut.

There are bench mounted tool tighteners. That being a small holder, just guessing, but here is one example.

Most CAT or BT style blocks won't work for your tool holder because your tool holder doesn't have slots for keys to sit into (shown here). Instead, it looks like you need a spanner to go into the holes near the bottom of the taper.

I would contact the tool manufacturer; they might stock such a unit. Otherwise, you will be stuck making one.
