    crash

First off, do you have a lathe or a mill. You said lathe, but you also said M32.
The M in M32 is for mill, otherwise it is a T32, T for Turning. If you guys had a crash, did you fix whatever moved in the crash. If so, then the easiest fix is to use tooleye comp in the tool data. For a more permanent fix you will have to adjust the parameters that control the position of the tooleye. If this is a lathe, are the od's big, and the id's also big? have you pulled taper on the headstock to verify that the spindle is still inline with the z-axis ways? Many more questions?
