Hi

I have a Bridgeport clone with an Anilam 1100 controller.

I am gradually tidying the machine up and familiarising with it.

In the past, if I have hit a limit switch, the servo controllers have all been tripped out, an error message appears on the screen and everything stops. To reset, it was a matter of:

1. Manually wind the relevant servo off the limit switch
2. Press and release the E-stop button
3. Press the servo reset (servos or controllers could be heard at that point)

Now, it seems that for a servo reset, the E-stop isnt being recognised and the only way it will let me reset the servos is to back out of the cnc control (using F10 to exit), then re enter the CNC control option from the start up menu, then I am allowed to reset the servos.

Has anybody any thoughts on why this might be happening ? and how to return the behaviour to normal.

Thanks

Paul
