    What to use as a sacrificial layer

    Basically now that i'm about to start routing carbon fibre sheet, i was wondering what to stick it to?

    Im thinking of sticking it directly to a sacrificial layer of plywood or mdf, anyone with other suggestions ?

    I think those are the two main things that guys use as a spoil board.
