Exclamation locking down head and counter weight on 15XT

Getting ready to move this machine into a different building. Was looking on how to secure this machine. The manual keeps talking about: " The head and the counter weight must be secured before lifting the VMC"
We searched this forum and found something similuar. It stated that we need to lower the head "Z" so the holes line up in back? Then insert 2 bars to secure? Would be gratefull on any advice.
    Thanks,
    Bob

once you do that than get some wood and block up the spindle, you will only be able to move the spindle just a tad so cut the wood close and be careful you dont bust a chain by putting too much pressure on it in the wrong direction ( which would be down)

whe my came from CA they made a angle iron piece that bolted to the table and then bolted to the head just behind the spindle.
