    Axis shift during machining

I am using emc2 to control motenc lite controller. And using mastercam for creating nc data. the problem is that while machining x-axis shift to +ve side and z-axis take more depth than define. i explain it with an example " i make a rectangle of any size and make a program of conour on outside boundary. Define z total depth -1mm and depth of cut .01mm. During the machine running x shifts to +ve side and z ends with the depth more than -1mm. Anyone can help me out.

That's a pretty clear picture. I would have to guess some kind of hardware problem. Perhaps someone else has a better idea.

Might also be x axis encoder losing or gaining counts (electrical noise?)
