    Queries on indexing table

I would require an indexing table to rotate to 4 different stations. Out of these 4 stations, 2 stations requires the workpiece to be turn individually.
The glueing station and assembly station.
The workpiece would be a 4" disc, and a stationery glue dispenser will dispenser the glue on the workpiece while it is rotating.
And next the assembly station also requires the workpiece to rotate as well.

Is there such an indexing table? Or could someone provide me with a design or image to get a picture of how it looks like?

    Thank you.

(Attached is an image of how it will looks like during glueing)
