You should call Citizen or one of their local rep. Head office in Jersey # (201)818-0100.

Just saw this. Sorry for the late reply, but "citizencnc" is on the right track, you're goingto need factory support. Unfortunately citizencnc, the OP is in India, so the New Jersey HQ of Marubeni Citizen USA is a long way off for "appusivadas".

When you say the "memory is corrupted", are you saying the whole control is one big error message? If that's the case, you'll first need to get the control a clean bill of health from your local Mitsubishi service provider. In days of old, all machines shipped with a complete list of the original parameter settings, and sometimes a copy of that (and the ladder diagram, which you may also need) in digital form. I don't know what materials you may have gotten with the machine in that regard, but anything will be a help.

    Best of luck to you.

Almost any corruption on the Mitsubishi 500 series NC system requires re-intalization to be done. Basically make the NC brain-dead, then reload parameters & SRAM, through the RS232 port after you reset the communication parameters. Then you re-load the ALL1 & ALL2 & macros. You can get the ALL1 & ALL2 parameters from another L425 with a simular software version or close serial numbers, the only thing that may be different will be the options on the machine & the gridshift values for the axes.
