Need help: Identify ball screw/ ball nut

I have a Webb mill that the plastic oil lines rotted away on. No oil going to the ways or ball nuts.... I managed to get it apart, but damaged 2 of the plastic ball returns in the nut. It is a Prototrak Trak cnc conversion. The ball nut has 6 circuts (6 little plastic returns) and is marked PR-723 P/N-14972-16. Any ideas of who made this? Parts?? A local ball screw place (Barnes) quoted a MINIMUM OF 350.00!!!!to repair. All I need is 2 of the little plastic pieces and I can get it back running! Thanks for helpin' Rick
