    HAAS VF-2 (104 ALARM) Y SERVO ERROR TOO LARGE

    Hello all,
    we have a VF-2 HAAS MILLING MACHINE and we get the alarm 104 about the "Y servo error too large" we need and also appreciated help from your.

    may be the servo motor encoder is defective or the amplifier.
    switch the amplifier of x axis to y axis connection if alarm occur the amplifier and servo might be the problem

    Hello sir, did you find what was the problem with the "Y servo error too large"? I have it on the X axis. will apreciate it.

    Hello Sir. I find the amplifier has defective fuse, then try to check the continuity of the board, try to open the amplifier of y axis to see the matching of ohmmeter reading
