Matching Yaskawa DC servomotors with AMCs

Hello, Can someone tell me if the Yaskawa DC servomotors of a Mori Seiki Lathe can work with AMC BE25A20AC Drives. The servo motors I believe are 70V and 7A Cont. and the drives are 12A cont. with a power supply of 120V unregulated.

    Thanks,
    Jorge

Yes they should work, although these are BLDC drives and if you have DC brushed, then you set the drive to 60deg and connect to A & B phases.
If using them in the velocity mode, they have an encoder input.
