    plasma cut part

Please find attached a .dwg & .dxf drawing of part. It's a simple washer, cut from clean A36 plate. 3/16 or 7ga. (use most cost effitient material)

Part must be free of dross & burs

OD will be fine at +/- .020 ID must fit over 1 1/2" CRR bar stock for welding.

Bid quantitys (price per part) in what you can nest to 4' X 4' sheet. I will concider full 4' X 8' sheet quantity if it will create a significate price decrease.

    Part quote

    Millman,

    You can fit 175 of these washers on a 4 x4 sheet....probably can get an extra row on a 4 x 8....so could likely get 363 on a 4 x 8.

Very simple part....will cut very well with plasma.

    I sent you a PM.

    Jim
