How to measure the tools DMU 50V/TNC 426

    Hello Everbody,
We got a DMU 50V with a Heidenhain 426 Control. Unfortunately I don't have the manual for the machine and I am having problems measuring the tools.
Can you help me by describing a procedure to measure the tools? do you have a manual available?
    I really appreciate your help.

    Best regards,

I think you have to measure your tools by hand. You can use a table comparator by touching from your toolholder to your tool edge.If you don't have a tool shadow measuring equipment of course.
