run HighFeed optimization on toolpath - tips please.

Is this safe to use? I noticed feed rates went through the roof where minimal material is being removed.

Is this worth digging into. I am just wondering what success/failure stories others have had using it. Tips appreciated. I am a bit afraid of using it since it looks like it may cause some unpredictable results.

    Thanks.

Do a little Googling for HSM or High Speed Machining.
