    FRINDS,

WE ARE NEW TO THIS MACHINE. WE COULD ABLE TO SWITCH ON THE CONTROLLER,DO REFERENCING EVERYTHING FINE.

BUT FREQUENTLY WE ARE GETTING THE ALARM APC CHECK RACK-0 FOR OVERLOAD.BUT IN THE MACHINE THERE ARE RACKS FROM 1-6.

WE DO NOT HAVE THE ELECTRIAL DRG.

    HOW TO PROCEED.

Not knowing the machine, the APC functions are controlled by a "smart brick", an I/O device. It is probably located in an electrical box about 12" x 12" x 4". All the solinoid cables, switch cables etc. will be plugged into it. I have seen problems with vibration loosening connections. I have also seen heat being a problem. If all connections are good you will probably need to replace the unit.

Check all connections and reseat the boards in the rack, this is a common problem with the 2100 controller, reseating the boards fixes lots of things.

Have you found the issue, this post is a bit dated.
Very familiar with the APC Rack setup and Smart Brick application.
