"jword given for arc in xz plane line number xxx" ???

    Hi there,

I tagged this problem on the bottom of a post I made in the Mach3 sub forum, but then figured it'd much more likely find a resolution here, as it's a G-Code query, *not* a MAch3 query!

I've just built a CNC machine out of old dot matrix printer parts - I now have an X & Y plane moving around (Z plane to follow). Such is my keenness to see the fruits of my labour, I went for the the tried & tested 'strap a pen to the Z plane & start drawing stuff' approach!!

I'd already knocked up a simple design in a cad program & saved it as a DXF file - I imported this DXF file into MACH3 & saved as G-Code (no errors when doing so). However when I come to start ,my CNC routing using the G-Code - it won't run...I see the error "jword given for arc in xz plane line number 10"

Can anyone please help me (this has been a long path I've walked & I can see daylight at the end of the tunnel, but this one has me stumped!)

    Here's the fiull G-Code...

It loads up for me and runs okay except my machines are in inches. Check your IJ mode in Mach 3.

wow...great stuff Lee - thank you *so* much - I'll check this config screen outwhen I get home later today

Many thanks for your excellent & speedy help.

PS, I'm assuming the settings would be best set as per your screenshot?
